Joslyn Spires – My name is Joslyn Spires and I have over 8 years of experience playing basketball and 3 years of experience coaching in high school and at the Colorado Mesa University kids camps during the summer. I am currently a college athlete and this year will be my 3rd year playing basketball for the Women’s Basketball Team at CMU. My main focus is to teach fundamental skills, work ethic and confidence to young players. I believe basketball is not only about competition but also about building character, discipline, and a love for the game. I enjoy working with younger kids and I am passionate about helping them grow both on and off the court.

Joslyn is open to coaching kids from 3rd grade all the way up 12th grade.

Jayce Jessup – My name is Jayce Jessup. I was born and raised in the Grand Valley and graduated from Fruita Monument High School in 2022. I started playing basketball in elementary school and quickly developed a passion for the game that has continued ever since.

My coaching journey began through helping at youth camps and working with players in individual training sessions. Since then, I’ve coached multiple teams, worked at various basketball camps, and learned from several great coaches who have helped shape my approach to training and player development. I am currently the Assistant Girls Basketball Coach at Central High School.

As a coach and trainer, my goal is to help players enjoy the game while developing the skills and confidence needed to impact the game in multiple ways. I enjoy working with athletes of all skill levels and take pride in helping them grow not only as basketball players, but as people as well.

Sedonia Isenbart – Sedonia is a combo guard at Colorado Mesa University majoring in Psychology. She attended high school at Kit Carson High (freshmen), and Stratton High School (sophmore-senior), as the point guard all four years. She is going into sophomore year at CMU. Her desire to coach is driven by the idea that every person that passes through her program is a human before they are a player. Sedonia believe that once a person understands that their worth doesn’t come from their performance, their dedication and passion elevate, growing the overall level of play.

Sedonia is open to coaching kids from 3rd grade all the way up 12th grade.
