Performance Training

Kana Tavita-
My name is Kana Tavita. I’m a CMU graduate (2024) and the founder of my performance training business PEAK Athletics LLC. I’m passionate about true athletic development which is helping athletes become faster, stronger, and more powerful for their respective sports. I believe athleticism is what separates elite athletes from average ones which is why it’s so important for youth athletes to start training now.
For the past year I’ve coached over 75+ athletes here in the Valley helping them increase their overall athletic abilities.
I’ll be spearheading the OutWest Training S&C Program here at Blackout as well as running private small group trainings for athletes looking to increase their performance on the court. I’m excited to bring high level performance training to athletes here in the valley!
